Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposals, presentations, and closing.
- Produce accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support sustainable sales growth and ensure smooth handoffs between sales and service departments.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC operations management or as an HVAC service technician with strong technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership within HVAC or a closely related technical industry.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, installation practices, and service processes.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of building codes, airflow, electrical fundamentals, refrigeration cycles, and related plumbing concepts.
- Experience with equipment such as chillers, air handlers, and commercial HVAC systems.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities across both operations and sales teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- EPA certification preferred or required depending on state regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
