We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our field team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and support our continued growth.

Job Summary

The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, support and mentor technicians, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional weekends based on workload or emergencies
  • Participation in the on-call rotation may be required
  • Flexibility for peak-season demands
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support HVAC service and install technicians
  • Conduct quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and field coaching
  • Oversee job scheduling, work assignments, and daily technician dispatch
  • Review service tickets, quotes, and job details for accuracy
  • Communicate with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating field technicians
  • Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with office staff to improve workflow and operational efficiency
  • Report technician performance, KPIs, and field-related issues to management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential experience is must and commercial is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations
  • EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
  • Prior supervisory, team lead, or senior technician experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong customer service focus

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
  • Knowledge of Delaware building codes and permitting
  • Light commercial HVAC experience
