 When your HVAC equipment is operating and conditioned air is distributed through your ductwork, it is critical to clean your ducts to avoid the accumulation of dust, dirt, and airborne allergens that can be blown into your living spaces.  

 It is equally important to insulate the ducts during installation. This prevents the conditioned air from losing its temperature due to the external side of the ducts being a different temperature than the inside of the ducts.  

 For proper duct performance, plug any holes/cracks in ducts where conditioned air can leak before it reaches the desired room in a home or the building must be sealed. This stops unconditioned air from disseminating into a home.
